Breathe with words

Overthinking is just like a parasite. It is dangerous and deadly it makes you victim and kills your happiness as well as focus. Our mind is amazing but complex. Overthinking leads to complication and unnecessary entanglement of thoughts. It's only our  overthinking which hurts us most , due to which even a small problem appears to be very complex and critical;rather just be calm and composed and focus on the solution than overthinking about the problems!!

Kindness is an abstract Held by great souls. It's the virtue of life , Can't be count in moles.. It's present in everyone's heart But few are knowingly apart... It is emotion to perceive in life , As it attracts people from far miles... 

 She tolerates everything for every single time..she takes her tears back every time..she keeps her anger within her...All her emotions sink within her heart ,and one day she will burst and will destroy the cruel beings..she tolerates and yet it's remaining to show her devil face too...she will burst with every emotion the world broke her..she will fight back for all the victims for justice and yes she will burst !!

 Not a single woman in this world wants to lay down her self respect in others hand ,nor she wants to act as someone's puppet. She wants the freedom like a bird. Don't keep her behind the bars of hatred. Don't keep her in the cage of sadness, try not to be the prisoner of abhorrence.Make her free because she has the ability to fly high, touching the sky and bringing greenary to a place which is dry!!

ममता का सागर है माँ, प्यार का झरता झरना है माँ।  माँ के चरणों में स्वर्ग बसता है ,  माँ का आंचल अपनासा लगता है। दुनिया की बुरी नजरों से बचाकर , अपने ममता के शीतल छाया मैं रखती है माँ। तपती गर्मी के बावजूद रोटी सेखती है माँ, ममता का सागर मेरी माँ। बच्चे का दुख देखकर हिम्मत जुटाती है माँ, पर अपने ही दुख में अकेले रोती है माँ, ममता का सागर मेरी माँ। बहु, बेटी ,सहेली सारे किरदार निभाती है  माँ, और खुद के जीवन का महत्व भूल जाती है , ममता का सागर मेरी माँ। बीमारी मैं सबको संभालती हैं माँ, पर अपनी तकलीफ कभी ना दिखाए माँ ममता का सागर मेरी माँ। बच्चे के भूक के लिए  खुद का खाना परोसती है माँ, बच्चे के सुख में अपना सुख ढूंढकर खुश होती है माँ। जीवन का असली दैवत है माँ ममता का सागर, मेरी माँ।
